  12. I'm using ARA client with a Hayes Accura 28.8 modem. My modem is not
  13. listed in the REMOTE ACCESS SETUP window. In order forit to show up
  14. there I need a file that Apple calls a Modem LinkTool personal(has a
  15. telephone reciever Icon and is also known as an ARA CCL file) for my
  16. modem.  I have one for a Hayes Optima 14.4 that I'm using.  It allowes
  17. me to communicate but not at optimum speeds (19.2kbps while operating
  18. on the 28.8 modem pool). Does any one know where I can find this file.
  19. Apple doesn't have it in there additional scripts on line. I've
  20. E-mailed Hayes Tech support but have not heard from them. The only
  21. software with my modem was an Online User's Reference and communication
  22. software (called MacComCenter) which I don't use. The file is not on
  23. either of those.  Thanks,      arg
